1.Brief introduction
Y2 series motors are the new generation base on Y series motors, which are totally enclosed fan cooling with three phase asynchronous motors. The motors have been wildly used in the field such as machine tool,pump,blower,compressor,and also for transportation, mixer,printing,agriculture.food industry, that the working condition is limited for inflammable, explosive and corrosive gas.

Mounting dimension and rated output of Y2 series motors conform to IEC standard, and DIN42673 standard of Germany. The protection degree is IP54,cooling method is IC411,working condition is S1.The insulation is Class-F,but temperature rise will be check as Class-B(Except H315L2-2,4 and all type for H355 motors check temperature rise as Class-F)the the loading moise index is also be tested.

quency is 50Hz.For the motors power is 3KW and below,the connection of stator windings is "Y" while the other motors which power is over 3KW,the connection is "△".At an operation place,altitude above sea level should not exceed 1000m,and ambient temperature varying with season should not be over 40℃ and not below-15℃.The highest monthly overage relative humidity in the most humid month should be 90% while the monthly mean lowest temperature not over 25℃.

2.Ordering notice
Some special requirements such as using thermistor,lubricating device, other frequency,voltage,double shaft end, motor would be used in humid and hot areas,should be mentioned in sales confirmation and contact manufacturer in advance, The sales confirmation should be signed after both party's discussion and agreement.

Motor frame size,power,speed, voltage,frequency,terminal box position and sealing construction of holes for going out terminals,should be mentioned clearly when place order.If the terminal box position and sealing construction for this hole was not mentioned clearly,the terminal box is on top of motor and producing as per sealing cover.
